Get ready to splash, move and groove!

Join LB2025 artist Amy Claire Mills and her collaborators for an exciting pool party at Liverpool Aquatics Centre.

Amy has teamed up with local artists Amina Atiq, Natalia Bedkowska and Jordon Connerty to create a pool party inspired by the movements and exercises used in hydrotherapy.

Audience members are invited to join us in the pool and follow along with fun, easy dance moves set to music, with colourful lights and pool inflatables adding to the party atmosphere. The artists will demonstrate each move, with adaptable options available to suit different access needs and ways of moving.

Additional pool supports can be provided, please inform us of your access needs when signing up for the event. Everyone is welcome, no experience needed just bring your energy and a love of water!

The session lasts 30 minutes and the pool is 20m at a height of 1.1m.

Invited guests are welcome to bring someone to support them in the water if they need it. You will need to bring a swimming costume, towels, a 20p coin or token for the lockers and anything else you need when going swimming. Accessible changing rooms are available and details of these will be provided on your ticket confirmation.

Time of the event is the time you need to be ready at the side of the pool. The changing rooms will be open and staff will be available to guide you up to an hour before the event.
