Liverpool Biennial is grateful for the support it receives from individuals like you who help make groundbreaking and innovative art possible.

Liverpool Biennial, the UK’s largest free festival of contemporary art, is made possible through a community of generous supporters across our appeals, Collector’s Circle, Director’s Circle and Commissioning Circle. With your help we can continue to deliver future editions of Liverpool Biennial in 2027 and beyond, as well as our year-round programme of school and community workshops that empower people through art, creativity, and self-expression.

We offer several levels of supporter schemes, starting with our Collector’s Circle (from £1,250). Alternatively, you may wish to join our Director’s Circle (from £5,000) where you will get to meet our Director and festival curator and hear their vision for the Biennial at the annual Director’s Circle dinner, or you can directly support artists to create ambitious new artworks by joining our Commissioning Circle (from £10,000).

Our supporter schemes bring together individuals passionate about art events in Liverpool and London, where they can connect with other collectors and philanthropists. Our members are always the first to receive exclusive insights on our programme. Please read on to find out what each tier includes:
